MS Society – Aberdeen Local Group Volunteers

The MS Society supports people who have multiple sclerosis. The local group has various activities across the city of Aberdeen such as exercise and arts/crafts classes.

We have the following new, exciting volunteer opportunities to assist in our vital work and join our team of great volunteers:

We are looking for an administrator to respond to e-mail enquiries; take minutes of meetings, respond to correspondence [queries from new service users] and general enquiries offering assistance to the group.

* Group Coordinator [Chair]:

We are looking for a chair person – which the MS Society terms as Group Coordinator – to be a figurehead for the Aberdeen local group by organising team meetings; attend the various services, generally operating from Inchgarth Community Centre [Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays]  and being able to take forward ideas into new services.

Good support is provided to all volunteers and all help makes a real difference. For further details please contact Ian Gourlay, Projects and Fundraising Volunteer at E Mail: or tel:  01224 820453.
