Bean Good Study

In the Bean Good Study, we want to see if broad bean hull can be used as a novel functional food (we use bread as a model) for improving blood glucose control and gut health. We are recruiting • Healthy men and women aged 18-75 years • Normal weight to obese (BMI 23-35 Kg/m2) • Non-smokers

On completion of the study, we will give £50 as a small gesture of our gratitude for your participation and to supplement travel expenses. We will also provide a free check of blood cholesterol, blood glucose, blood pressure, height and weight during screening visit.
