CHAS is the Children’s Hospices Across Scotland. We are the only charity providing hospice services in Scotland for babies, children and young people with life-shortening conditions. Life-shortening because no amount of medicine – or love – can cure them. Caring for a child with a life-shortening condition can place unimaginable demands on families, physically and emotionally. Aberdeen Winter Wonderland‍

Last year, our Aberdeen Ladies Lunch celebrated its 11th year raising £71.5k. This year, we are welcoming 230 ladies to the Marcliffe Hotel for another day of fun, laughter, tears and fundraising. All the money raised helps support children and families in the local region and this year we’re looking to raise even more.

Guests will arrive at 12 noon for a drinks reception, followed by a delicious two course meal. The event will be hosted by Edward Reid, with entertainment from local band Glitz. There will be a Live & Silent Auction, Direct Appeal for donations and we’ll have 5 different games throughout the afternoon.

The event takes place on Thursday 4th December at the Marcliffe Hotel from 12pm. We are looking for volunteers to help between 10am and 6pm. Excellent support is provided to all volunteers. There will be a full briefing at the beginning of the event, you will be working as part of a group and be guided through the day by CHAS representatives.

A fantastic, enjoyable opportunity to help in the important support that CHAS provides and be part of a major event. All help makes a real difference and is greatly appreciated.
