Our award-winning volunteers at VSA are a vital part of our charity. Every hour contributed by our volunteers makes a difference. You truly are making an impact on the lives of vulnerable adults, we support across our services in the Northeast of Scotland, it’s with your support we can provide the very best of care to whom we support. We are currently seeking volunteers to help us as Fundraising Coordinators.
What will you be doing?
The Charity is currently looking for enthusiastic volunteers that can support with fundraising and with building strong links in the community.
• Community Engagement.
• Represent VSA at community events, outreach activities, and networking opportunities to raise awareness and garner support for our mission.
• Participate in volunteer recruitment efforts and support volunteer coordination as needed.
These tasks can also be divided between volunteers, so why not come along with a friend, and share the experience?

Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for conveying the organisation's mission, and engaging with donors.

Experience:
Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service, interacting with people and effectively communicating the organisation's message and impact.

• Passion for the Mission: A genuine passion is essential for staying motivated and engaged in the fundraising efforts of VSA.
• Commitment and Reliability: Demonstrate reliability, commitment, and a willingness to dedicate time and effort to support the organisation's fundraising goals.
• Team Player: Being a team player and collaborating effectively with staff, fellow volunteers, and external partners is important for achieving collective fundraising objectives.
• Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability are valuable traits to navigate changes, challenges, and unexpected situations that may arise during fundraising activities.
• Creativity: Creativity and innovation in developing fundraising campaigns, and events to attract donors' attention and generate support for the organisation's cause.
