We at COG: Community Outreach Group give out food and hot drinks to anyone in need in Aberdeen. We also run a cafe for 2 mornings and an evening each week. COG is a well established non judgemental community outreach group, we are looking for anyone who wants to help in our mission.

We are currently seeking volunteers to help at any of our sessions that take place – Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Friday morning (we ask volunteers to help out once a week for one session for a maximum of two and a half hours). Volunteers are required as "side walkers", walking alongside the ponies (one either side) to assist the riders.

As a Lifestars Volunteer, you will support the delivery of our Life Skills Programme within local schools, helping children build confidence, resilience, communication skills, and other key skills for life.
