ASH - Autistic Social Hub - is a charity in Aberdeen. Our groups and support are designed for autistic (including Aspergers) adults who are 18 and over.

We are looking for autistic trustees to join our board. We are an autism led charity for other autistic people with a focus on having a place to be and activities to supplement socialization. As a trustee you will have a say on the direction the charity is taking while performing roles involving governance.

Roles include administration, managing and protecting assets, working with our staff members/volunteers, understanding and promoting our charitable purpose, ensure compliance with charity law, fundraising, promoting safeguarding and accounts.

Training or skillsharing can be provided where required, but any skills you bring along involving the above roles would be hugely beneficial.

This is a great opportunity for those looking to build a good CV as there's opportunity to express and work with a number of different skills.
