About

AIMS is a community which empowers people living with MS and similar neurological conditions to lead independent lives by providing accessible exercise, social connection and wellbeing support.

We run a range of digital activities via Zoom, from chair based exercise classes , mindful movement, seated yoga and mindfulness, to weekly online socials and online quizzes. In addition we have two weekly face to face exercise classes at Westhill, and arrange monthly coffee meet ups across Aberdeen city and Shire.

Due to popular demand, we are looking to expand our activities in the next couple of months to include two new face to face classes (Technogym and Pilates) two new online classes (Seated Zumba and Stable and Able).
