At Golf in Society, we run welcoming Golf Health Hubs at local golf clubs — inclusive spaces where people living with long-term conditions, along with carers and families, can move more, connect with others, and rediscover joy.
You don’t need to have ever picked up a golf club — or be sporty, fit, or competitive. Just a willingness to get out, feel a bit better, and meet people who understand.
At Golf in Society, we run Golf Health Hubs at local clubs — friendly, relaxed spaces where people come together around a shared activity. Using fresh air, gentle movement, and a bit of laughter, we support health and wellbeing in a way that feels natural — what we call “health by stealth.”
Our hubs welcome people living with long-term conditions, as well as their families and carers. Every session is inclusive, low-pressure, and genuinely enjoyable, with support from healthcare professionals to help those who need it most feel right at home.

Become a community golf volunteer - this isn't just a role, it's a chance to give something back through the sport you love.
