Holy Generation

Holy Generation is a Christian youth mission based in Aberdeen, working to support and inspire young people across Scotland through faith, community and outreach initiatives. Founded by youth worker John Clement Amalanand, the organisation focuses on equipping young people with confidence, leadership skills and opportunities to explore and grow in their faith within supportive community settings.

The organisation delivers youth activities, training events, holiday clubs and discipleship programmes, with a particular focus on reaching communities where there are limited opportunities for young people to engage with Christian youth work. Holy Generation aims to create welcoming spaces where young people can build friendships, develop personally and positively contribute to their communities.

Volunteers are central to the work of Holy Generation, helping to support events, mentor young people, assist with community outreach and contribute to the delivery of activities across Aberdeen and the surrounding area. Volunteering with the organisation offers an opportunity to be part of a growing community-focused mission while developing skills, building connections and helping make a positive difference in the lives of young people.
