Middlefield Community Project @ the Hub is an independent charity which receives funding from Aberdeen City Council, Fairer Aberdeen Fund and Early Education to provide a range of services to those living in the Middlefield, Cummings Park, Marchburn and Heathryfold area.
Services include individual support and help, adult and family learning, parent support, Under 11’s work and Youth work. The Project also has a minibus which is well used by local groups.
The Project generates income through grants, preschool vouchers for children attending nurseries and fees from parents attending the All Day Nursery.
The Management Committee, staff and Volunteers work hard to keep the costs of the services as low as possible for the local community.
The Project is located on Manor Avenue AB16 7UR.
We are seeking the help of people as volunteer drivers with our 14 seater minibus. You will be made to feel very welcome as we are a very friendly, dynamic group. This is a great, enjoyable opportunity to help in the local community, make a positive difference and also the opportunity to develop new skills.
