We provide a unique supported learning and development opportunity that is overwhelmingly workplace based rather than classroom focused.
By matching youngsters with a skilled business tradesperson we provide practical on-the-job training that employers need and want.
We have an 83% success rate of progressing the youngsters into full-time employment or apprenticeships.
You will provide support, encouragement, and a listening ear for your mentees as they move through the stages of young adulthood with the inevitable challenges that can entail. We will provide robust training so you feel confident and ready to support your mentee through their journey, and we'll be there to help at any point if you need us.
