Volunteers at Aberdeen Hindu Temple Trust have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution in a number of ways: assisting with daily temple duties, welcoming visitors, supporting festival events, helping with communication and outreach, or working behind the scenes in administration, building upkeep and fundraising.
We are looking for volunteers to study whether replacing sugar with a prebiotic in a drink can reduce blood glucose levels. We are looking for: Healthy men and women aged 18-65 years; Those with BMI 18.5 to 29.9 kg/m2; Those who are non-smoking; Those who are not currently following a vegan diet.
