We have exciting opportunities for volunteers to come along and assist disabled members with various activities. This includes arts, crafts, games, leisure activities, volunteer drivers to mention but a few. There are also opportunities to help with tasks such as driving, escorting disabled people if out on trips etc. You will be made to feel very welcome as we are a very friendly, dynamic group and expanding organisation.

We are a local charity in Aberdeen (Registered Charity SC049024). We raise vital funds for Orchard Brae school which is a school for children with multiple and complex additional support needs. We are seeking a treasurer, a valuable part of the committee which is made up purely of volunteers. This is a great opportunity to enhance the education of children with disabilities

Fresh Community Wellness is a growing grassroots charity, registered Scottish Charity Number, SC051346. We operate out of Aberdeen city, working within a (S.I.M.D) high neighbourhood to create lasting change and build a legacy for the future. Predominantly in Seaton neighbourhoods and outdoors, we work with volunteers/residents, with a salutogenic approach to community wellness.

Fertility Network Scotland Volunteers help promote the Fertility Network Scotland charity in the local area and the services we provide. This can include: *Distribute Fertility Network Scotland leaflets/posters in the area including GP clinics, libraries, hospitals, community centres etc *Participate at fundraising events

You can help by representing and raising awareness of Fertility Network Scotland charity in places of education and in the local area to highlight the services and support we provide. This can include: *Promoting the charity by displaying posters and leaflets *Highlight our campaigns and projects to fellow students and lecturers etc including through social media *Assist Fertility Network Scotland staff at events such as Freshers Week

As a Support Group volunteer with Fertility Network Scotland, volunteers will benefit from helping others in the area with fertility issues. Volunteers may develop friendships, meet and work with new people to provide a network of much needed and valued support in their area.

As a Local Contact volunteer you will coordinate and run a social group in the local area for people experiencing the challenges of childlessness. You will help take care of aspects of the group.

Main Contact volunteers will help to support people who are facing fertility issues in their local area by developing friendships, recruit new volunteers, reduce isolation by organising social activities and helping those who need much needed support by providing advice and peer support

‍FACEYOUTH is a grassroots-inspired charitable organisation dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged children and youth in Aberdeen and beyond, through mental health programs, educational initiatives, and community outreach. Friends of Aberdeen Beach (a.k.a FAB) is a community group committed to maintaining and improving the quality of seaside between the mouth of the rivers Dee and Don. We, at Friends of Aberdeen Beach, do regular litter picks on the city's beach. It's an opportunity to get out and about in the fresh air, meet new people and do your bit for our community.
