Inchgarth Community Centre is the city's largest, busiest, and most vibrant community centre. At the heart is our marvellous volunteer team and there are a great range of opportunities to help at Inchgarth Community Centre. All volunteers are greatly appreciated and provided with excellent support.

Sunrise Partnership is a small, local charity providing free, confidential and therapeutic support to children and young people across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire who have experienced bereavement or significant loss. To strengthen our Board and support our continued sustainability, we are inviting applications for the voluntary role of Treasurer.

We are looking for volunteers to help with an exciting event coming up in September in Seaton Park – Envirolution Aberdeen 2026! The event takes place in September 2026, with flexible times available to volunteer. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fantastic event in one of Aberdeen's environmentally rich green spaces!

By becoming a Service Promotion Helper, you’ll be helping us to reach the people who need our services the most. When you sign up, you’ll receive a pack through the post containing a selection of leaflets and posters with information about the services we offer. Full support and relevant guidance is provided.

Join us on Saturday 23rd May 2026 at Aberdeen Beach, for a 4K walk organised by the The Period Place charity (the walk kicks off at the Aberdeen Beach Ballroom). Volunteers would be involved in the smooth running of the walk, either through helping with registering walkers, guiding the route or similar.

We are looking for enthusiastic Scout Leader Volunteers to grow a small Scout Troop. Based in our own Scout Hut in Kincorth, we cover the whole south side of Aberdeen.

This role is deigned to be completely flexible - fit it in around your busy life to suit you! You can choose to simply share our news and campaigns with a monthly online task, or if you feel like getting a bit more involved now and again, we will keep you up-to-date with events and other initiatives in your area.

Could you give up a small amount of your time to raise awareness of our work in your local community or to help us raise vital funds for Scotland's animals? There are a variety of different tasks to choose from and you can tailor your volunteering role around your current commitments, undertaking only the tasks that interest you.

The garden is entering an exciting new phase, with plans to refurbish our historic byre into a usable indoor space and add a compost toilet to better serve the local community. To support this work, we’re looking for a Treasurer and people with an interest or experience in communications to help spread the word about our activities.

Do you like taking part in garden maintenance? We have a joint garden with MISS (Miscarriage Information Support Service)-the Forget Me Not Garden and are seeking people to help as Garden Maintenance Volunteers.
