shmuPRESS supports our local communities to create their own magazines - giving the community a platform to cover topics and local issues important to them and celebrate communities. There are various volunteering roles in shmuPRESS which we fully support.

Nursing Support Volunteers will assist our CHAS at Home team in families own homes. You will work closely with the staff providing an ‘extra pair of hands’ as well as providing high quality care to children and young people.

Canine Partners is a registered charity that transforms the lives of people with physical disabilities by partnering them with assistance dogs and other highly trained dogs. We have a range of fantastic opportunities for people to help volunteering with us.

We are a local community café staffed by volunteers, which runs during term time at Oldmachar Church in Bridge of Don every Friday morning.
