The Allotment Market Stall provides good quality, well priced, locally grown fruit and vegetables and reduces waste. We have great opportunities this season for volunteers to be part of helping at our market stalls at the wonderful Seaton Park or Victoria Park, Aberdeen on a Friday, 10am-1pm or to assist with collecting produce from allotments.

As part of our exciting transformation programme, we’re proud to be developing Easter Anguston Farm into a truly unique community destination – by the community, with the community, for the community. Now we’re inviting people like you – people who are community-minded, nature-loving, people-friendly and commercially aware – to join us in bringing the farm to life for visitors of all ages.

You can get involved in a number of ways, such as reviewing council services, attending events and conferences, and meeting with senior officers. And the best part, you can be involved with as much or as little as you like. We have a diverse group of tenants and residents who work well together and welcome all new people to join.

Our friendly trustees come from a variety of experience and backgrounds, and we are aiming to strengthen our Board by recruiting up to 4 new trustees who have a good understanding of the third sector, and in particular with skills in any or some of the following: Finance, Fundraising, IT, Secretarial, Marketing and Publicity.

Volunteers and their dogs undertake therapy dog visits. Volunteers and their dogs visit care homes, hospitals, schools, heliports the airport and the prison, universities and we do one off events at company sites for company wellbeing days. Therapets can be small, medium or large! The only real vital statistic is a steady and happy temperament.
